Know what’s been taken care of.
Your monthly email tells you what’s been looked after and how the website is doing. I’ll also remind you when your domain is coming up for renewal. You’ll still handle the renewal and payment yourself.

For one reviewed WordPress website. Routine maintenance, security and uptime checks, backups and restore help, basic performance checks, a monthly summary, domain renewal reminders, and personal email support.
Everyday content changes are available with Care + Updates at $600/month. Substantial repairs, new page designs, custom features, hosting, domains, and paid tools are separate. Extra costs are agreed before work begins.

Can I stay with my current host?
You can stay with your current host or have me manage hosting. Some care features, including daily backups and certain security and recovery services, require hosting with me. We’ll review what your setup supports and agree any separate costs first.
What if my site already needs repairs?
We’ll review it before you join. Substantial cleanup, broken custom features, or other major repairs may need a separate quote before routine care begins.
Does maintenance include changing our content?
Website Care is for teams that manage their own content. Care + Updates includes the same technical care plus everyday changes to supplied content and small fixes, handled one request at a time.
Is emergency support included?
These plans don’t include around-the-clock emergency coverage. I aim to reply within one business day and confirm timing after reviewing the request.
