Good support starts with understanding your website.
It’s easy to lose track of who hosts the website, where the domain lives, and who can help. We’ll make sense of the pieces together and decide what would make things easier for your team.
Make the care arrangements clear.
You’ll know who is looking after backups and what happens if your site needs help. Daily backups and some security and recovery services require hosting with me. I’ll explain the options and any separate costs before you decide.
Get help in plain language.
You can describe the problem in your own words. A page link or screenshot helps, but you don’t need to diagnose it first. Email me and I’ll help you work out what to do next.

Website Care
$300/ month
Website Care includes personal email support alongside routine WordPress maintenance, security and uptime checks, backups and restore help, basic performance checks, a monthly health summary, and domain renewal reminders.
Hosting is quoted separately and is not included in the $300/month care price. Domains, paid tools, migrations, custom features, and substantial repairs are also separate. Care + Updates is $600/month when you’d like content changes handled too.

Is hosting included in the monthly plan?
No. Website Care is $300/month and Care + Updates is $600/month. Hosting, domains, and paid tools are separate costs, confirmed before you commit.
Do we have to move our website?
Not automatically. We’ll review your existing host and what it supports first. Some care features require hosting with me, and we’ll explain the options and any separate costs before you decide.
Can you help with a site that is already broken?
We’ll review the problem first. Substantial cleanup or repair may need a separate quote before ongoing care begins. Joining a plan doesn’t automatically include an existing major repair.
Will we have someone available around the clock?
These plans don’t include 24/7 emergency coverage. I aim to reply within one business day and will confirm next steps and timing after reviewing your message.
