One less thing
on their plate.
Servant’s Heart has a community to care for. As their website guy, I keep the updates moving and the tech taken care of.
A little help, all year.
Every week, Servant’s Heart Ministry brings groceries to neighbors facing food insecurity across Central Florida. The website connects people with that work: a neighbor looking for food, a volunteer ready to help, or a supporter who wants to make a donation. The information they find needs to reflect what’s happening at the ministry.
Now in our second year together, I’ve become familiar with both the site and the work it supports. When the team has something to share or a question about the website, they can come directly to me. I handle the content changes as well as the hosting and routine care behind the scenes.
Race day has enough moving parts.
The annual Hearts Against Hunger 5K brings a different rhythm to the website. In the lead-up to race day, it needs to be a useful place for participants to find the event details, register, and support the ministry through a donation.
I help the team get that information online and connect the registration and donation options. As the event comes together, they have someone to handle the website work alongside the planning they’re already doing.
After the race, the page becomes a record of the day. I add the video and results so participants can revisit the event and the ministry can share it with supporters who couldn’t be there.
