Your website should keep up with your organization. Care + Updates gives everyday website changes a home, instead of leaving them on somebody’s already full to-do list.
Get the new things onto the site.
You’ve written the post or chosen the photos. Send them over when they’re ready, and I’ll take care of publishing them. I’ll size new images for the web and add your video links or PDFs, too.
Smooth out the small problems.
Sometimes a page just needs a little attention to feel right again. I can handle small fixes and layout improvements to existing pages. If it needs a bigger rethink, we’ll talk about the work and cost first.

Care + Updates
$600/ month
Everything in Website Care, plus everyday changes to supplied text, photos, embedded videos, events, calendars, staff bios, blog posts, links, and PDFs. Small fixes, layout improvements, and image optimization for new uploads are included.
One reviewed WordPress website. Requests are handled one at a time. Content writing, new page designs, redesigns, custom features, substantial repairs, hosting, domains, and paid tools are separate. Extra costs are agreed first.

A few good questions.
Do we need to learn a new app?
No. You can keep using email. The support app is coming soon with both plans, and Care + Updates also includes the forthcoming read-only view for your nonprofit’s board.
Do you write the content for us?
Your team supplies the text, photos, and other materials. This plan covers putting that content on your website, rather than copywriting or producing new photography and video.
How quickly will changes be made?
I aim to reply within one business day. After reviewing your request, I’ll confirm when you can expect the work. Timing depends on the request and current schedule; there isn’t a fixed completion guarantee.
What if we need a brand-new page?
New page designs and larger projects are quoted separately. Send me what you have in mind and I’ll explain the scope and cost before any extra work begins.
